Delete your account
You can permanently delete your TrotTracker account and associated synchronized data at any time.
Delete directly in the app
- Open TrotTracker G3 and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm the deletion.
This permanently removes the account and its associated horses, synchronized sessions and saved GPS routes. This action cannot be undone.
Need help with deletion?
If you cannot access the in-app deletion control, email us from the address registered to your account so we can verify the request.

Verified support requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent.Export or record anything you want to keep before confirming deletion.
