Does TrotTracker require a separate GPS or Bluetooth device?
No. The app uses the GPS built into your iPhone or Android phone. There is no external hardware pairing process.
Can I use the app without an account?
Yes. Guest mode provides the live training display without registration. Guest data stays on the device.
Why does the app need precise location?
Precise location is needed during an active session to calculate distance, route, speed and pace. GPS conditions and device placement can affect accuracy.
Who can see my saved routes?
Your synced sessions and routes are private to your account. The public website demo uses a designated demo profile, not customer routes.
Which phones are supported?
The Apple release is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 15.6 or later. The Android release is available on Google Play.
Is Android available?
Yes. The released Android app is available directly from Google Play.
